Phase 1 - Data Acquisition Strategy - Fee: $32,000

A custom and expert-led implementation to set your organization up for success.

 

An initial data acquisition strategy will allow American Express and Schneider Electric Global Data Operations to:

 

1. Identify what site/account cost and usage data is currently available
2. Determine where this data is currently housed
3. Evaluate which ongoing data ingestion methods are most efficient and applicable
 

Schneider Electric's team of experts will guide you through each step of the process, from selecting the most appropriate data capture methods to integrating them into your operations. We will make individualized recommendations that align with your specific goals and requirements.

 

Once the most effective ingestion method is selected, the applicable sites and accounts will transition to the Active Implementation phase according to the identified ingestion method.

 

This initial phase aims to thoroughly explore automation opportunities to leverage the optimal data ingestion approach before full implementation.

Phase 2 - Ongoing Data & Emissions Management Program - Fee Range: $9,000-$12,000/ month

Our team will leverage the output of the data acquisition strategy engagement to:

Collaborate across Schneider Electric’s Global Data Operations, Sustainability and Software teams for program implementation, training, and ongoing support.

 

Ensure the efficient and automated collection of relevant data via

   -  Custom Data Integrations

   -  API Connections

   -  Direct Meter Connections

   -  Digital invoice Collection

 

Roll out Resource Advisor global energy and GHG software platform enterprise license

 

Provide tools and expertise for data management and validation, invoice error identification and resolution

 

Facilitate global emissions reporting, gap-filling, and estimations for internal and external reporting

 

Conduct cost forecasting for natural gas and electric power to provide American Express with reliable information for budgeting
